INTRA-COMPANY REGULATION OF PRODUCTION RELATIONS RELATED TO DIGITALIZATION

Abstract: the article discusses the key issues of internal regulation of industrial relations in the digital era. The features of intra-company regulation of industrial relations associated with digitalization are highlighted. Features are formulated on the basis of a comparative analysis of automation used in the early stages of the emergence of high technology and the modern stage of development. The zones of specific risks that arise in the process of digitalization of industrial relations are identified. Digital transformations challenge the business models and business processes used in organizations. Existing business models require change. New business models, on the basis of which the internal regulation of production relations is built, are focused on creating not only new internal value chains, but also building close partnerships with contractors. The basis of such relationships is the designed digital platform and ecosystems. Also, the article discusses the formation of corporate architecture, as the basis of intra-company regulation of industrial relations in the context of digitalization.
