LOGISTICS STRATEGY IN ENSURING THE FLOW OF THE MESO-LEVEL OF TRANSPORT AND LOGISTICS SYSTEM

Abstract: the article contains data on the fleet of cars and the level of motorization in Russia and the world, which indicates the congestion of transport and logistics systems. The problem is particularly acute in meso-level systems with a regional-spatial approach (agglomerations with large cities of more than 1 million people), which have their unique traffic flow and its structure. Their development is characterized by standard processes of operation and maintenance, as well as the level of development of technologies and their implementation.

Today, Russia is implementing the Digital Economy Program and building logistics centers in the zones of large agglomerations, but transport flows in the city are not fully coordinated. The absence of an information system does not allow to talk about harmonization of streaming processes under the current barriers-restrictions on the development of transport and logistics systems of cities.

Until now, the strategy of reaching the targets for achieving coordination in the transport and logistics system of the meso-level has not been examined, as in the new reality there are no guidelines for the development of smart infrastructure, which involves the development of intelligent transport systems.

In this area, a strategic vision of digital and intellectual infrastructure development is needed.
