INCLUSIVE EDUCATION AS A STRATEGIC VECTOR OF EDUCATION MODERNIZATION

Abstract: a theoretical and factual analysis of inclusive education in a social context is carried out in the present work, which made it possible to expand the scientific and methodological understanding of this concept.

The ways of increasing the potential of this social institution are determined. In addition, issues of “human capital” are considered. The outlines of the policy of inclusion within the growth of human capital, ways of increasing efficiency at the core of state cooperation with business and civil society are indicated. The barriers that currently prevent the full implementation of the tasks are analyzed.

The scientific and practical significance of the work consists in specifying ways to improve the system of inclusive education. The methodological basis of the study was the works of the classics of psychology and modern researchers of inclusive education. The value of the work lies in the fact that the possibilities of the conceptual approach are expanded, which will be more flexible to meet the various needs for training. This study may be useful to industry and government theorists and practitioners who study effective teaching and learning as a result of the implementation of inclusive education.
