EDUCATIONAL ASPECT OF DEVELOPMENT OF LABOR POTENTIAL OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES IN THE REGION

Abstract: the relevance of the chosen research topic of the paper is determined by the presence of a significant degree of dependence on the level of efficiency of the management system and the competitiveness of industries.

Today, the country’s industrial complex shows far from satisfactory results in a number of indicators of its development. The main reasons for the decline in certain industry indicators are, first of all, the lack of political and economic stability, but it is also necessary to take into account the presence of internal problems, including those related to receiving and fulfilling government orders.

A critical analysis of the information provided by various authoritative sources and published in open access on the Internet has shown that even large enterprises operating in leading industries are far from fully satisfied with their current situation in terms of financial, personnel, intellectual and other types of resource support and to a certain extent express their readiness to implement in their own practice perhaps not modern, but new tools for themselves in order to achieve sustainable development in the market of relevant products and achieve the planned level of competitiveness within their industry.
