THE ASSESSMENT OF THE CONSUMER BASKET FOR THE ANALYSIS OF THE REGION COMPETITIVENESS

Abstract: the study of the competitiveness of the consumer basket of the border regions of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus is made in the article. An innovative method of calculating the competitiveness of the consumer basket in some regions of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus is proposed. The aggregation function for products included in the consumer basket is calculated using the Harrington desirability function.
