Abstract: in the article, on the basis of generalization of statistical data and literary sources, it is proposed to use an integral indicator for analyzing the efficiency of using the wage fund. Its calculation will allow, using the experience of organizations with a stable situation in the sphere of wages, to develop the organizations that carry out other types of economic activity, the most effective action plans for achieving development indicators.
