IMPROVEMENT OF THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AS THE FACTOR OF INCREASE OF COMPETITIVENESS OF THE ORGANIZATION

Abstract: the purpose of this article is to study the features of improving the quality management system as a factor in improving the competitiveness of the organization. In the course of the research, several tasks were solved, namely, the existing theoretical foundations of improving the quality management system as a factor of increasing competitiveness were considered; the analysis of the quality management system in the studied organization was carried out; the concrete and reasonable recommendations on improvement of quality management system as a factor of competitiveness increase in the studied organization are presented. The article describes the theoretical and conceptual aspects of the quality management system and its role in improving the competitiveness of the organization. The quality management system in the enterprise, as well as the factors influencing the improvement of the quality and competitiveness of products and services are reviewed. The general characteristics and activities of the organization in the branch of JSC «Corporation «GRINN» «Hypermarket «LINE-3» is given, a model for assessing the effectiveness of quality management of products and services of the branch of JSC «Corporation «GRINN» «Hypermarket «LINE-3» is presented, recommendations for improving the quality of goods and services and improve the competitiveness of the enterprise are given. Practical importance is expressed in the developed recommendations for improving the quality of goods and services and improving competitiveness in the branch of JSC «Corporation «GRINN» «Hypermarket «LINE-3». Various research methods were used in the article: SWOT analysis, observation, theoretical analysis, comparison, and description.
