EFFECTIVE GLOBAL LEADER DEVELOPMENT

Abstract: the article discusses the development of leaders who work in international companies.The author worked out a scheme of global leader development, reviewed the challenges that top managers face abroad. These unpredictable challenges are effective in learning process for those managers who are open to new knowledge. The article describes the training cycle, which is typical for a global leader and describes the results of top manager’s activities in successful work abroad.

Goals of the article: work out a scheme of global leader development.

Tasks:

• To study experience of the top managers development in the European Union countries, the USA and etc.;

  • To identify the main stages of global leader development;

• To describe each stage of global leader development.

Research methods:

  • study and generalization;
  • abstraction;
  • analysis and synthesis.

A scheme of global leader development was worked out. The importance of getting experience and practical knowledge for those who work abroad was considered.
