Within the framework of improving the functioning of the inventory management system and in accordance with the requirements of rational organization of the production process, we consider it appropriate to introduce an insurance stock as well.<\/p>\n<p>Thus, to determine and justify the economically feasible value and structure of the company\u2019s reserves, it is necessary to create a system that allows:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; rational distribution of MTP by warehouse;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; identify promptly excess \/ deficiencies of MTP;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; to ensure the continuity of the production process.<\/p>\n<p>To achieve the objectives for use developed in the framework of this research work, the method of inventory management of the enterprise is proposed.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the proposed work is to determine the quality of the functioning of the inventory management system of the enterprise by means of a more detailed study of the indicators characterizing the state of the inventory management system for each division. This study will identify the most stable units, the activities of which do not need to be adjusted, and the units, the activities of which require optimization.
