The influence of these trends on the steel market is proved. To do this, an analytical study of the processes of robotization and digitalization of the most important production processes in the industry, proving its transformation, changing the paradigm of the industry was made. The dependence of metallurgy on the processes of industrialization is determined by the ratio of the dynamics of natural indicators of production of three important types of products: cast iron, rolled steel and the most important products of mechanical engineering-metal-cutting machines for the period from 1955 to 2018.
