A technique for evaluating the effectiveness of this mechanism is presented. The difference between the methodology is the calculation of indices due to GDP and per capita index indicators; taking into account the specifics of the market (development of the information market) and non-market (level of development of institutional relations, network relations) component of the information space. It is proved that in the EAEU, with the participation in the integration of 5 countries, there is mutual influence and complementarity between countries, a single information space is developing with a market and non-market component based on technological development and an increasing institutional framework. The development of processes of globalization, informatization and international regional economic integration pushed the need for the formation of a single information space (EIP) in integration associations, including the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).
