The article discusses the foreign experience of using an innovative voucher as an incentive for the development of innovative projects of companies on the example of Finland. The purpose of this innovative voucher was to accelerate growth, internationalization and export abroad. This experience is also interesting because the innovative Tampere voucher is not similar to other Finnish similar vouchers, a new type of financing model was used here, which had never been used in Finland before. Vouchers for the Tampere region had their own characteristics.
