In addition, the intellectual potential largely determines the need for innovation in the information society. These circumstances indicate the high relevance of the topic of this article.<\/p>\n<p>The object of the research is the structural components of the intellectual potential of enterprises, the quantitative composition of which should be expanded under the current conditions of economic development.<\/p>\n<p>As a subject of research, the economic essence of the information and dynamic structural components of intellectual potential, as well as the need for their inclusion in its structure, will be substantiated.<\/p>\n<p>The research methodology is based on the analysis of the main economic development trends and factors influencing their formation.<\/p>\n<p>The main results obtained during the study include the fact that the developed intellectual potential for the enterprise is quite important, as it can be considered an effective resource of its production activity both in terms of functional and temporal characteristics. Without an appropriate level of intellectual potential, no enterprise will be able to ensure its transition to innovative development, carry out efficient production activities, build up competitive advantages in the fight for sales markets due to new knowledge, entrepreneurial and managerial skills of employees, as well as the availability of a modern information-analytical management system (information component) and the ability to quickly reorient their activities under the influence of unforeseen factors (dynamic component).
