These unpredictable challenges are effective in learning process for those managers who are open to new knowledge. The article describes the training cycle, which is typical for a global leader and describes the results of top manager\u2019s activities in successful work abroad.<\/p>\n<p>Goals of the article: work out a scheme of global leader development.<\/p>\n<p>Tasks:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 To study experience of the top managers development in the European Union countries, the USA and etc.;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To identify the main stages of global leader development;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u2022 To describe each stage of global leader development.<\/p>\n<p>Research methods:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>study and generalization;<\/li>\n<li>abstraction;<\/li>\n<li>analysis and synthesis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A scheme of global leader development was worked out.
