COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS AND ELABORATION OF PROPOSALS ON DEVELOPMENT OF TRANSPORT-LOGISTICS INFRASTRUCTURE IN OIL INDUSTRY

Abstract: the oil complex is the foundation of the Russian economy. Between the stages: production, processing, delivery to the final consumer of petroleum products, there is a transport and logistics infrastructure. Promotion of petroleum products is carried out by pipeline, water, rail and road transport, as well as a network of oil depots, gas storage facilities, gas distribution stations. The operation of the pipeline system should be coordinated and coordinated with all types of possible movement.

With large masses of transported oil cargo, their storage has become a significant problem, given the uneven consumption. The larger the amount of petroleum products to be stored, the greater the loss from evaporation and other causes. Only an extensive network of pipelines in strict coordination with other modes of transport allows storing the optimum amount of oil products. Effective organization of transportation of light petroleum products is a complex multilateral process that determines the work and attitude of senders, recipients of goods, transport organizations. Optimal or close to them management decisions at all stages of the transportation is impossible without a clear statement of tasks, the application of scientifically sound methods in the chain “producer – carrier – receiver”.

In modern conditions, in the implementation of their activities, the oil industry enterprises are faced with a number of organizational and economic problems, market competition, which has a strong influence on the development of the logistics market and the transport support system for logistics activities.
