INNOVATIVE MANAGEMENT IN RUSSIAN FEDERATION: MAIN CHALLENGES AND PERSPECTIVES OF INNOVATIVE BUSINESS

Abstract: the purpose of the research was to find main problems in innovative management in Russian Federation and to evaluate the perspectives of innovative companies in future. The study was conducted in the form of interview among innovative managers. 64 managers of 28 to 60 years old took part in the interview.

As a result of the research, there were found three main problems in Russian innovative business. Firstly, worsening of economic conditions due to pandemic of coronavirus. Secondly, the impact of global technological challenges. In third place lack of government support of innovative business.

The respondents said also about influence of digitalization at innovative business.

As a result of the research, the author made some recommendations about efficiency of innovative management. This recommendations included three types of interactions: partnership between government and innovative businessmen, relationships inside innovative companies and interactions with digital technologies.
