Abstract: biotechnologies are now a priority for the development of most states. Business ecosystems are a network of organizations that participate in the creation, production, and delivery of a particular product or service through collaboration and competition. Each organization within the ecosystem influences and is affected by others, creating a constantly changing relationship in which each member of the business ecosystem needs to be flexible and easily adaptable to changes. Biotechnological ecosystems need financial support from government agencies. The analysis carried out in this work shows what are the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats to the participants of such ecosystems. The subsystems of the infrastructure of the entire ecosystem are considered and the directions of activity for its optimization are determined.
