TRENDS AND PROSPECTS OF INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF TRANS-BOUNDARY TERRITORIES

Abstract: internationalization and globalization of production, an in-depth social division of labor at the international level, make the policy of supporting competition in a particular region or country not effective in principle. Therefore, the search for new forms of interaction that could ensure the sustainability of development of both individual countries and large-scale regional economic and territorial entities is relevant. The growth of competition in world markets requires the combined efforts of interdependent and interconnected national economies of the Russian Federation and Kazakhstan, primarily in the field of agricultural production. This is due to historically established economic ties, scientific contacts, close interactions in the field of education and cooperation at the level of scientific and technical institutions and enterprises. An extremely important factor is that both countries have opportunities for the development of agriculture, especially in the field of crop production for the growth of grain production and livestock production. The Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan have a fairly developed transport system, which is connected with the transport systems of the Central Asian, Caucasian, European and Far Eastern regions and countries, which forms the foundation of the industrial potential of the states and promotes a regime of close technological and industrial cooperation.
