MANAGEMENT OF SOCIAL INTERACTION OF SUBJECTS OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS OF THE UNIVERSITY DURING THE TRANSITION TOWARDS ACADEMIC CAPITALISM

Abstract: based on the analysis of the status positions of the subjects of the educational process in the university to plan the development of academic capitalism as a social result of management decisions.

Methodology and methods. The research is based on the use of a scientific method that includes observation, system orientation, and the use of the modeling principle. A special place is given to the method of assessing the behavior of subjects of the educational process in the university. Results and practical significance. 1. The balance of status positions of the main actors of the educational process is revealed. 2. The direction of assessing the quality of university management from the standpoint of academic capitalism is proposed. Scientific novelty. The value of the work performed is determined by: 1. Identified actors in the educational process at the university, which are not legally enshrined in the “Law on education”, but whose interests, needs and behavior have a significant impact on the quality of management of the educational process and the resulting social educational results; 2. The management decisions made must maintain a balance of value orientations of the actors in the educational process at the university. Value consensus is the basis for the effectiveness and quality of university management in achieving educational results-competencies.
