Abstract: at the present stage, the dynamics of development due to historical facts allows us to objectively assess the current state of the world market of construction services. From the very beginning of the formation of the world market of construction services, the dynamics of its development was heterogeneous. At various times, the market has experienced ups and downs due to both global economic processes and economic processes occurring in the national economy of countries exporting and importing construction services.
The article analyzes the modern world market of construction services and trends in its development. Attention is focused on the fact that currently the leading positions in the world market of construction services, both in terms of export and import share, are occupied by countries with developing economies. Special attention is paid to identifying the functioning of the largest international contractors in developing countries, which occupy a leading position in terms of export revenue and the influx of foreign contracts, primarily China, Turkey, India, and Russia. It is characterized by Russian imports and exports of construction services, including exports of construction services in the field of construction of nuclear power facilities and nuclear technologies, where Russia is the world leader.
