Abstract: this article presents the features of innovation in the residential real estate management system. Various innovative technologies for managing residential real estate are considered. Innovative systems are becoming more popular and developing among consumers. Recommendations for the development of an innovation system were developed. The relevance of this topic is to reduce operating costs for energy while improving comfort. The object of research is an innovative real estate management system. The main idea of innovations in real estate management is the joint use of information and communication technologies in everyday life. The purpose of this work is to determine the relevance of innovation in the development of innovation in the residential property management system. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were formulated: to study the theoretical foundations of the development of innovations in the residential real estate management system; to analyze innovations in the residential property management system; to identify the merits of the conditions for the development of innovation in the residential property management system; the object of research is an innovative property management system; to develop measures for the effectiveness of the application of the innovation system of the city of Krasnoyarsk, which can also be applied in other cities.
