Abstract: the object of study is the structure of agriculture in the Middle Urals. Тhe subject of the research is management relations arising in the process of development and liquidation of various forms of enterprises in the agro-industrial complex. The purpose of the research is to study the features of functioning of various forms of enterprises in the agro-industrial complex of the Middle Urals. The assessment of the regional structure of enterprises, systematization of the reasons for the termination and continuation of the work of firms is made, the relationship of external and internal environment factors with the activities of organizations is identified. The research results can be used by entrepreneurs, municipal and regional authorities.
