INTELLIGENT BUSINESS PROCESS INTERACTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Abstract: rapid change in the external environment is what characterizes the current state of business. At the same time, competition is constantly increasing, and consumer demands are increasing. Adaptation is the only thing that can help companies in this case. It is only through this process that it is possible to survive in market conditions and achieve success. As many companies are functional and hierarchical, their main problem today is the isolation of departments and their weak coordination. Fragmentation and disunity are the main characteristics of departments in modern organizations. Accordingly, enterprise management systems are of particular importance. With their help, the activities of specialists from different structural divisions are linked into a single whole, which makes it possible to form a single information space for making decisions related, in turn, to business process management. In this article, the author considers the features of an intelligent system for managing the interaction of business processes. The goals of identifying interacting processes are considered and a scheme for choosing a solution using an intelligent system is developed. At the same time, the author specifies the main requirements of the intellectual system. As a result, the main advantages of an intelligent business process interaction management system are presented.
