Abstract: the article is devoted to the problem located at the intersection of risk management and project management – risk analysis at the project planning stage by the exploration company. The relevance of the study is determined by the need to analyze and evaluate the project in conditions of uncertainty. This reduces both the amount of error in investment planning and allows estimating the degree of probability of achieving the planned results facing the project.
The purpose of the article is to consider the methodological basis of analysis and integrated risk assessment of exploration projects in order to increase the efficiency of management decisions. The original method of primary risk assessment is proposed, as well as a risk map of the exploration project developed on the basis of identified risks of exploration projects of Rosgeologia JSC enterprises. The proposed system can be applied by other geological service companies in their activities.
