Abstract: the aim of this work is to analyze the impact of the level of development of small entrepreneurship and the level of development of processing industries subsidized region on the gross regional product – the main macroeconomic indicators of the production process of goods and services in the Russian Federation. The main objectives of the study are: assessment of the level of development of small businesses in the Tambov region according to statistical observation; assessment of the level of development of manufacturing industries in the Tambov region according to statistical observation; conducting correlation and regression analysis and developing statistical models to assess the degree of influence of the level of development of small businesses and the level of development of manufacturing industries on the volume of gross regional product. The hypothesis of the study is that the development of the analyzed factors in the Tambov region has a significant impact on the regional economy. The research method was correlation and regression analysis. The results of the study confirmed the working hypothesis.
