ENSURING THE ECONOMIC SECURITY OF THE HOUSING-BUILDING COMPLEX

Abstract: in this article, the current negative factors restraining the potential growth of the housing construction complex, as well as directions for increasing the level of ensuring the economic security of the complex, were considered. As the key goal of the article, it is determined the allocation of methods and mechanisms to counteract negative factors and increase the level of ensuring the economic security of the housing and construction complex.

In the work, the process of ensuring economic security was studied and analyzed, as well as the current security system was highlighted. Among the key elements of this system are regulatory support, institutional support and information support for the economic security of the housing and construction complex.

The threats to the functioning of the complex, which indicate the imperfection of the current system of ensuring economic security, were considered. To reduce the impact of these threats, a number of measures have been proposed that can increase the level of economic security.

The work is based on regulatory and legal changes in the regulation of the complex, including a change in the current method of financing residential construction projects using escrow accounts. The article also discusses the possibility of introducing a Strategy for the economic security of the housing and construction complex.

The article defines the current level of institutional and information support and possible directions for their improvement, highlights the main tasks and functions of the development institutions of the complex.

With the help of the studied data, the main threats to the development of the complex were identified for each of the elements of ensuring economic security, the main directions were developed to improve the mechanisms for ensuring the economic security of the housing and construction complex.
