Abstract: the article deals with modern logistics approaches in the organization of inter-firm interaction of companies. The algorithm of stages of formation of an inter-firm cooperative network of enterprises, allowing developing alternative options and justifying the choice of the type of cooperation partners is formed.
The relevance of this work is due to the fact that the beginning of the new Millennium is accompanied by the release of the world economic system to a qualitatively new stage of modernization. The structural changes in the processes of international trade and global output are predefined to a significant extent, the communication changes that are a feature of the global transport complex. The aspirations of the global globalization of international trade and the transnationalization of national companies imply ensuring the smooth movement of goods and other resources, which is objectively impossible without the development of the transport complex and the formation of appropriate national policies to protect public interests.
The scientific significance of the research lies in the conceptual enrichment of the system of knowledge about the features of the formation and development of logistics approaches to the organization of inter-firm interaction of transport companies.
