SOCIOLOGICAL APPROACH TO THE STUDY OF STRATEGIES FOR THE REALIZATION OF LABOR POTENTIAL

Abstract: the article analyses the concept of “strategy” as a sociological concept, which is used as the most appropriate tool for analysing activities in the context of accelerating and increasing social change.

The article highlights the main approaches to the interpretation of strategic action: the classical paradigm (positivism, evolvationism, Marxism, which considers human behavior as a result of the influence of objective social laws); an interpretive paradigm (a weberianism that recognizes the subjective nature of social reality, in which each acting entity fills its activities with unique meanings); an integral paradigm (structural functionalism, critical theory, conflict theory focusing on exploring the increasingly complex structure of society and accelerating the processes of differentiation); The paradigm of modernism (theories of systems analysis, theories of globalization, symbolic interactivity, phenomenology, ethnometodology, theory of exchange analyzing the dynamism of social development, accelerating globalization, a broad repertoire of reflexive identities at the institutional and individual level); the paradigm is post-modern (communication theory, integrative concepts, feminist sociology, emphasizing the study of non-linear sociocultural dynamics and processes of self-organization of society, which are based on complex processes of interaction of chaos and order).

The article shows a strategic approach to the analysis of the realization of labour potential, as well as the main approaches to the interpretation of strategic action. 5 elements in the strategic action structure were identified: needs, value orientations, social attitudes, goals, structural capabilities and constraints.

Keywords: strategy, strategic action, labor potential, strategic action structure, need, value orientations, social attitudes, goal, structural capabilities, structural constraints
