The references to statistical materials and theoretical substantiations given in the article confirm the significance of the conducted research, as well as provide sufficient material for the development of research activities in this direction. The scientific and theoretical significance of this study allows us to draw a conclusion about the importance of the work done, as it affects one of the key issues of the development of social systems in the future. The study will determine the vector and dynamics of changes taking place in the world and give them an adequate assessment, as well as to develop a harmonious program (mechanism) for leveling the negative consequences of the transformation of the global socio-economic system, mistakenly assuming a reduction in the world’s population, due to far-fetched phobias.
