EVALUATION OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE WORK OF EMPLOYEES OF LLC “WINDOWS IN NOVGOROD” BASED ON THE KPI SYSTEM

Abstract: the industrial sector, as a sector of the economy, is a labor-intensive, constantly developing, irregular innovation system that has constant criteria and is in contact with the external and internal environment. Currently, the main factor on which the development of any state should be directed is the mechanisms and methods in industry aimed at overcoming the unstable financial situation, they must meet environmental conditions, build up the potential for development and overcoming emerging problems. The main factor in the effectiveness of any enterprise at this level of development is human potential. It is a person who manages the lines of work, creating products with his own hands or managing this process. But in order for a person to put all his strength into the process of work at the enterprise, it is necessary to stimulate his activity. How much productive labor of people is used in the process of functioning of the enterprise can be determined using the KPI system. KPI is now in high demand in many organizations. KPI subsequently acts as a motivator, stimulating the work of each person working in the enterprise. Its essence is to evaluate the activities of each employed in this company, as well as groups of people and entire departments. KPIs are mainly used by large enterprises with a large number of employees. Managers, uses this system to manage the company, to make changes to the planning, in order to motivate employees to the set and achievable goals. The article provides an analysis of the effectiveness of personnel at the enterprise LLC “Windows in Novgorod”, using the KPI system, personnel analysis, analysis of the KPI system, the advantages and basic principles of this indicator, as well as its types.
