Abstract: the article considers the problem of goodwill of the personnel of a trading enterprise and raises the question of evaluating its numerical values. The main research problem is the search for a methodology for determining the economic parameters of goodwill of the organization’s personnel. The hypothesis is the assumption that it is possible by economic methods to determine the values of goodwill of the enterprise personnel. The purpose of the article is to verify the hypothesis. The article uses the methods of logical and economic analysis, induction, synthesis and logical modeling.
Based on the results of the analysis, analytical formulas are proposed for calculating staff goodwill both from the point of view of a market (external) assessment and for internal audit purposes. Based on the analysis, a conclusion is drawn on the importance and necessity of continuous monitoring and management of personnel goodwill for non-industrial enterprises.
