MONITORING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF PERSONNEL EVALUATIONS

Abstract: the article analyzes the theoretical aspects of monitoring the effectiveness of personnel assessment in an organization. The need to monitor the effectiveness of this activity is studied. The specificity of control in the control system is revealed, and the basic definitions of this topic are considered: efficiency, profitability and effectiveness. The basis for monitoring the effectiveness of personnel assessment is indicated. Four basic coefficients are listed that are used to increase the efficiency of the implementation of a process. The levels at which performance measurement allows comparison was studied. Groups of factors are identified that are included in all personnel assessment systems. Also, the paper gives a classification of factors that affect the effectiveness of the personnel assessment system. The types of costs necessary to study the effectiveness of evaluation activities to study the work of personnel are determined. The factors due to which it is possible to determine the change in performance are described. Along with this, the article analyzes social efficiency. The essence of assessing the social effectiveness of the implementation of assessment procedures is determined. The need for work with the psychological state of workers is considered. The negative phenomena that were prevented due to the assessment of personnel are listed. The main areas of monitoring the effectiveness of the personnel assessment system are indicated. The directions in which the effectiveness of the personnel assessment system can be monitored are identified. In addition, a list of assessment objects has been formed in the study of the quality of the personnel assessment system used. A significant problem is indicated in monitoring the effectiveness of personnel assessment. The goals of the personnel assessment work are determined. In conclusion, the main recommendations for monitoring the effectiveness of personnel evaluations are given, the main conclusions on the topic are made.
