FEATURES OF THE FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE AGRARIAN FOOD MARKET IN AZERBAIJAN

Abstract: in modern conditions, the regulation of production and economic relations between them is important for the development of the intersectoral food market, strengthening the country’s economy. Each such food market carries out the main stages of delivery of a particular group of goods and services to producers. The basis for the development of the agricultural food market is the correct organization, coordination and regulation of multi-faceted production and economic relations between enterprises of all industries engaged in the production, processing and distribution of food and other agricultural products.

Research shows that in order to ensure the intensive development of the agricultural sector in the new conditions and its regulation through government orders, deep structural changes must be made in agriculture. To do this, it is necessary to increase the existing acreage in the Republic from 1.5 million hectares to 2.0 million hectares through reclamation and irrigation measures. It is noted that in modern conditions, the transition to direct market prices is not considered appropriate. In particular, in the current situation, when the market is not provided with the necessary products, the introduction of free prices can lead to a sharp decline in living standards, disruption of economic relations, and deepening of the crisis.

Taxes are used as a stimulus tool in the development of the agrarian consumer market, in the regulation of economic relations, in the revival of entrepreneurship in the economies of the less developed regions, and in increasing the export potential of the state. The tax system should create conditions for the regulation of inter-sectoral and regional relations, taking into account the production characteristics of the agricultural sector.
