Abstract: education plays an important role in ensuring the economic development of the state, being one of the main services provided by the government. However, an increase in the number of educational services provided does not improve the expected results if certain quality standards are not met. This is why it is so important to monitor quality improvement in all areas of educational services. The main purpose of this article is to identify the most significant methods used in assessing the quality of educational services. The research methodology is based on fundamental research, which includes the main findings from the literature, domestic and foreign observation methods. Also, internal and external assessments of the quality of educational services were determined and their components were analyzed. In the study, the authors focus on the areas of international accreditation of educational programs, international rankings, independent quality assessment of education (IQA) and audit of the quality of educational services. The desired conclusion of this analysis is to identify the most effective methods for assessing the quality of educational services in order to develop measures to improve the satisfaction of stakeholders.
