THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE STRATEGY OF INNOVATIVE PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT IN THE ACTIVITIES OF THE PRODUCTION ORGANIZATION

Abstract: the purpose of the article is to study the implementation of the strategy of innovative product development in the activities of the production organization (for example, JSC «Luch»). In the course of the research, several tasks were solved, namely, the concept of an innovative product was revealed; the life cycle of technological development of innovations was described; the stages of implementation of the innovative product development were listed; the financial and economic characteristics of JSC «Luch» were given; the strategies for the development of an innovative product at JSC «Luch» were analyzed; recommendations for the implementation of the strategy of innovative product development in the activities of JSC «Luch were made. The object of research is the innovative activity of the production enterprise of JSC «Luch». The subject of research is the strategy of development of an innovative product of the production enterprise JSC «Luch». The relevance of the topic is due to the need to manage the creative potential of the creators of new knowledge in order to accelerate its implementation: the solutions obtained in the field of business should be implemented and bring profit. In this regard, the introduction of a strategy for the development of an innovative product in the activities of the production organization is of particular importance. The scientific novelty of the work consists in the generalization and systematization of theoretical and methodological provisions of the strategy for the development of an innovative product, as well as in the critical analysis of the existing strategy at the enterprise. The practical significance of the work is due to the developed recommendations for the implementation of the strategy for the development of an innovative product of JSC «Luch». The implementation of these recommendations can help to improve the efficiency of innovation and as a result – to improve the financial results of the enterprise.
