Abstract: in the article, on the basis of statistical data, the following are estimated: structure of consumption of fuel and energy resources by sectors of the economy; dynamics of changes in energy efficiency indicators in industry and at the level of the Republic of Belarus. The problem of further improving the efficiency of energy use on the basis of energy science is indicated. The main stages of the development of energy logistics are highlighted and their characteristics are given. The basic logistic processes of energy science are systematized, options are presented for the supply of fuel and energy resources to consumer enterprises, their drawbacks and advantages are identified, and the functions of energy logistics at the enterprise level that help optimize costs and increase energy efficiency are described.
