READINESS PROBLEMS AND DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION IN CONDITIONS OF DE-GLOBALIZATION AND THE 4TH INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION

Abstract: the success of the socio-economic system of the country, its economic, political independence and sustainability depend primarily on the industry performance, as it is the foundation of the economy of any country. It is the development of industry that is the basis for accelerating scientific and technological progress. All this will undoubtedly significantly improve the quality of life, including an increase in the lifespan. To eliminate the technological gap, a national priority goal is set before the domestic industry, aimed at a qualitative breakthrough in the sixth technological paradigm. To achieve this, it is necessary to ensure readiness of industrial enterprises for the 4th industrial revolution of industrial companies.

Thus, at present, the main goal of the Russian industry development is to ensure sustainable growth of innovative industrial production by improving its technical level, increasing the competitiveness of products, the output of innovative products and high technologies in the domestic and foreign markets, import substitution.

The study aims to substantiate the approach to determining the factors affecting the strategic technological competitiveness of industrial companies. This approach assumes that the development of Russian industry requires structural transformation in order to ensure technological breakthroughs specified in the strategic initiatives of the Russian government aimed at the effective innovations and solving problems of economic diversification and increasing industrial competitiveness.
