RECRUITMENT TECHNOLOGIES IN THE ORGANIZATION AT THE PRESENT STAGE OF HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT

Abstract: the article considers the main technologies of personnel selection at the present stage of human resources management development. The essence of the selection technology is highlighted. Classifications of recruitment technologies, as well as stages of implementation of mass search, classical recruitment, direct search technology are considered. Recruitment is one of the key processes in the course of working with personnel. As an entry point for new employees, a properly constructed recruitment system forms the basis for the success of the organization, providing it with the necessary resource – human capital of the required level. After passing the selection stage, the new employee is included in a long chain of processes in the performance of their functional duties. Its activity is reflected in the results of the company, it also becomes an object of investment, which once again emphasizes the important role of selection: the initial reliable correlation of the existing competencies and potential of the applicant with the requirements for a particular position in the organization. The selection process can take a different form depending on the goals that the company faces, and the availability of adequate resources. The typology of selection can be formed on the basis of a variety of criteria, but in this article the basis for the separation will serve as a specific technology used in the selection.
