USING A MULTI-CRITERIA APPROACH TO EVALUATING THE DEVELOPMENT OF FOOD PRODUCTION MARKETS

Abstract: the purpose of this article is to study the improvement of management methods in relation to production in the Russian Federation and the assessment of food production markets.

The article notes that in order to saturate the food market with products and make effective decisions, it is necessary to use the multivariate method or multicriteria approach to assessing the development of food markets.

In this article, also using the necessary tools, we propose a mechanism for modeling the development of a food enterprise in a competitive market, based on the construction of functional dependencies of changes in indicators (criteria) of food quality from relevant factors, using a multi-criteria evaluation system with ranking the importance of selected quality criteria products.

It is concluded that the methodology for the quality management of food industry enterprises includes a management system aimed at creating a competitive advantage strategy, and a multi-criteria optimization management model aimed at creating a decision-making conceptual framework for assessing food production markets.
