BUSINESS MODEL AS A TOOL FOR CONDUCTING INDUSTRIAL PARKS AND ANCHOR RESIDENTS

Abstract: the study analyzes the business model as a tool for conducting industrial parks. The business model defines how the Park management company organizes and generates value for anchor residents, shareholders, and other stakeholders. In the article, the authors address the issue of the approach to the industrial Park as a business structure aimed at achieving commercial efficiency. The authors point out that the purpose of the study is to develop tools for the operation of industrial parks by identifying and systematizing their business model. The authors point out that the objectives of the study is to establish the need for the implementation of the business model, which provides for the presence of anchor residents and small innovative residents, creates comfortable favorable conditions for the growth of their future residents, as well as three main innovative models; consideration in the general scheme of six types of business models that differ in terms of investment, the degree of openness. The study has the possibility of practical application, the work explores the experience of using the conducting model on the example of the Technopark in the field of high technologies “Ankudinovka” (Nizhny Novgorod region). For the accelerated development of small and medium-sized businesses in the scientific, technological and industrial spheres, conditions are being formed for the construction of industrial parks and technoparks.
