DEVELOPMENT OF RECOMMENDATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT OF MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AT E-COMMERCE ENTERPRISES

Abstract: the field of electronic commerce is a very promising direction in the development of entrepreneurial activity, which is rapidly developing to this day.  E-commerce helps the company reduce the cost of maintaining a real store, overcome geographical barriers and capture more consumers. Nevertheless, despite all the prospects and ease of use, such a system entails new risks and difficulties for entrepreneurs, to cope with which only a well-established and well-thought-out management system at enterprises will help. The article analyzes the performance indicators of companies in the field of electronic business (online stores Wildberries, Ozon and Lamoda), studied customer loyalty indices for selected enterprises, and also develops recommendations for improving the management system in enterprises engaged in electronic commerce.  As a result of the studies, the main factors that contribute to the development of effective management at enterprises in the industry of Internet commerce were identified, such as: confidentiality of transactions, focus on the development of the company, continuous work with the client base, staff development, continuous analysis of the external environment, optimization  processes carried out in enterprises, as well as focus on innovation. According to the authors, compliance with the above factors will contribute to the effective development of the enterprise in the e-commerce industry, as well as the improvement of the management system at enterprises in this field.
