Abstract: the article presents the methodological foundations of the theoretical concept of the dissertation research of approaches to solving the problem of increasing the economic efficiency of civil aviation pilots. The etymological analysis of the concepts “factor” and “resource” of production in the context of their formation of the symbiosis “capital-labor” is given. Quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the resource content of the labor and technical and technological potential of the civil aviation enterprise are determined as complementary and interchangeable factors that determine the type and nature of the production function. The working hypothesis of the dissertation research is presented.
The appeal to the problem of personal potentials of civil aviation pilots is due to the dissertation research on the topic “Approaches to solving the problem of increasing the economic efficiency of civil aviation pilots based on the use of their personal potentials”.
