Abstract: this article is devoted to the study of the specifics of organizational changes in the enterprise, in particular, the analysis of the concept and scope of their application.
The relevance of the study of this problem is due to the inexhaustible interest of modern researchers to this important type of change can be determined by selection of an adequate organizational structure, based on the theory of organization, allowing the organization to interact effectively with the environment, productive and appropriate to distribute and direct the efforts of employees to meet customer needs and achieve strategic goals.
The author consistently considers the existing points of view in modern science about the nature of the concepts of changing changes in the organization presented in science; conducts research on its sources, analyzes the practicality of the presented algorithms; expresses his opinion on the resolution of the presented discussion question and offers recommendations on the practical expediency of preventing problems of this nature.
