STRATEGIC GOALS OF THE PRODUCING COMPANY WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF FINANCIAL VALUE MANAGEMENT

Abstract: the presented article is aimed at proposing a strategic map of the company within the framework of the concept of financial cost management. The issues of introducing a financial cost management system are considered in the financial literature, but the step-by-step implementation methodology is not presented in proper detail. In this regard, this article describes a strategic map adapted for companies in the extractive sector. The article also discusses the issues of methodological, personnel and information support of the cost management mechanism. A phased implementation plan for a cost management mechanism can contribute to effective value management in extractive companies.

The conclusions and generalizations of the study can be applied in the practice of managing large business structures when introducing the concept of value management.
