TO THE QUESTION OF MUSICAL AND ARTISTIC CREATIVITY IN THE COMPETENCE OF A SOCIAL SPHERE WORKER

Abstract: the development of the artistic abilities of students of social faculties in the context of democratization and humanization of society is of great importance. For students of social faculties, applied knowledge, skills and abilities are fundamental in their activities. Own artistic creativity will help future social workers to become more aware of both their own thoughts and feelings and the thoughts and feelings of their clients, because in art through creativity, a person’s attitude to man, nature and the world around them is manifested. In turn, it is important for a professionally competent social worker to be able to recognize and identify signs of various social problems and characteristics of various human conditions. By rehabilitating, we recreate what was lost or remove barriers to the full life of the “corrected” or rehabilitated person. Students need to create a learning environment where they have the opportunity to experience what they will use to rehabilitate social work contingents. The main idea that drives the work of a social workshop is an activity-based approach to social work. When dealing with difficult problematic contingents of social work, the social worker must be able to do everything. For animation, socialization, rehabilitation of a person and groups, he needs to have a holistic idea of the repertoire of artistic means and methods, which are the main pedagogical technique in social work. For the students themselves, this form of work turns out to be a motive for structuring their own free time and leisure. Meetings in a social workshop are both professional and sociocultural. The workshop allows not only to structure students’ leisure, but also contributes to the solution of their intrapersonal problems, the development of communication skills and provides additional professional means of social rehabilitation, correctional and pedagogical work.
