PROJECT MANAGEMENT OF IMPROVING THE PERFORMANCE OF LABOR OF PERSONNEL IN THE ORGANIZATION

Abstract: the purpose of the work is to develop recommendations for improving the organization and increasing the productivity of personnel in the project activities of the organization of JSC «KONTI-RUS». This goal required the following tasks: to characterize the essence, the main interpretations and the genesis of the concept of staff productivity; to identify the factors and reserves of increase of labor productivity in the project activities of the organization; to outline the methodological features and tools of organization and increase staff productivity; to carry out the organizational, economic and financial characteristics of the activities of «KONTI-RUS»; to highlight the features of the organization of labor productivity in the project activities of JSC «KONTI-RUS»; to draw up a project to improve the organization of staff productivity in the project activities of «KONTI-RUS». The object of the study was the project activity of the organization of JSC «KONTI-RUS». The subject of the research was the organization of labor productivity of personnel of the organization of JSC «KONTI-RUS». The informational basis of the study was constituted by legislative and regulatory acts of state authorities of the Russian Federation, theoretical and practical recommendations presented in the works of domestic and foreign scientists and practitioners on the issue of organizing and increasing staff productivity, publishing in periodicals, expert evaluations of economists. The empirical base of the study was the data of annual reports, balance sheets, staffing, accounting data of personnel and accounting departments of JSC «KONTI-RUS».
