STATE SUPPORT OF TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT OF INDUSTRIAL COMPANIES: FOREIGN EXPERIENCE

Abstract: the implementation of the Russian Federation strategy of scientific and technological development requires improving the efficiency of public administration and state regulation of scientific and technological development. The decision of this task lies in the fact that during the transition to a market economy, the old system of state planning and management was destroyed, and so far not enough experience has been accumulated in the management of science, technology and innovation in the new conditions.

In a market economy, it is necessary that the interests of industrial companies in the field of technological development correspond and take into consideration the policy of scientific and technological development, implemented by the state. The leading industrial countries developed a developed system of state regulation, state support and stimulation of technological development of enterprises.

The authors of research set a task to study and summarize the international experience of state management of scientific and technological development of industrial companies in developed countries.

The article defines the main instruments of state regulation of technological development of industrial companies used by leading industrial countries. Measures of the state stimulation of technological development of the companies which received wide distribution in the developed countries are allocated. The experience of implementation of measures of state regulation, support and stimulation of technological development of industrial companies in different countries is considered.

The use of positive foreign experience will contribute to the activation of innovative and scientific-technological activities of industrial companies in Russia.
