MODELS OF DEVELOPMENT OF TOURISM PROGRAMS IN IRAQ AT THE PRESENT STAGE

Abstract: the article examines the modern tourism programs of Iraq and on their basis the author proposes models of development at the present stage: 1) systematic and comprehensive development of high-quality tourist service, 2) development of individual anchor objects, 3) development with an emphasis on a specific target audience), which take into account the difficult economic and political situation in the country. A detailed description of the features of each model aimed at developing the tourism potential of Iraq was made. The proposed models allow to concretize the tourism programs of Iraq and significantly reduce the costs of their implementation due to the narrow focus of marketing programs aimed at the development of individual objects with the involvement of a certain target audience. According to the author, it is possible to achieve a high level of efficiency of tourism programs in Iraq with the help of systematic and comprehensive development of high-quality service. The study shows that the developed models can be used in one of the presented tourist program of Iraq. Models of development of tourism programs can be applied not only for tourism in Iraq, but also for other countries in a crisis situation.
