MONITORING OF EVALUATION OF SOCIAL EFFICTIVENESS OF MANAGEMENT OF EDUCATIONAL WORK OF EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION

Abstract: the article considers the system of educational work management in an educational organization and offers the basics of management monitoring, which allows forming the basis for evaluating the social effectiveness of educational work management in an educational organization. The appeal to this topic is caused by the special significance of education for society, especially in the conditions of its transformation. Determining the effectiveness of this activity will allow you to identify the weakest and most problematic sides. Educational work is organized on a permanent basis. This is why efficiency should be determined regularly on a monitoring basis. The construction of such monitoring requires a systematic approach and includes the formation of a concept and consideration of special conditions that are considered by the authors. Considering monitoring in the system of management functions, it is shown that monitoring is carried out at all levels of management implementation and when performing each of the main general management functions. The article suggests the author’s approach to the organization of complex monitoring to determine the effectiveness of educational work management. Special attention is paid to the characteristics of various indicators that identify the economic, social, organizational and communication effectiveness of educational work in an educational organization. A certain frequency and methods of collecting information for each type of efficiency are proposed.
