Abstract: this article presents the main concepts, values and principles of Agile project management methodology. It is worth noting that Agile is a flexible development methodology and a generic term for a range of approaches and practices based on the values of agile software development and the principles underlying it. In addition, the Agile Manifesto developed by the founders of the new methodology is described. The main roles of project team members in Agile are also described, as well as criteria for characteristics that are important for all team members to use in project work at the metal level. The article visually presents the composition of the Agile team. Moreover, it describes the artifacts and Agile procedures of the methodology, which make it much easier to manage the amount of work in the project. This article provides an example of the experience of adapting a flexible methodology in a Russian financial sector company-Sberbank. Today, not only foreign, but also domestic companies are trying to switch to the Agile project management methodology, as the needs of customers change every day and it is important to have time to provide updated versions of the product to the market on time, which is possible due to the values and principles of Agile.
